Common Design Questions
Do you provide an official project estimate?
Yes, after having an initial vision chat, an official estimate/agreement will be emailed to you. Once the agreement is signed and payment is received, your project will begin.
is full payment required to begin projects?
A 50% deposit is required for projects over $600. The balance is due in full per the agreement before any websites or media files are released (print files, logo files, etc.).
100% payment is required for projects less than $600.
Note: For design projects, we kindly want to inform you that deposits, full payments, and final payments are non-refundable, even in the event of project cancellation by the client. Please understand that time is precious, and we may miss out on other project opportunities as a result. *Further details in estimate/agreement.
What form of payment do you take?
There are several payments options for your convenience:
Preferred – Zelle, Venmo, Checks
Other – PayPal, Credit Card
*Projects do not begin and final web/files are not released until payments have cleared.
How long to complete website projects?
Approximately 30-45 days to complete a website design. This includes vision meetings, design and revisions. *Quicker service plans available for rush projects.
Note: Delays in client providing content and feedback, will delay project completion.
How long to complete non-website projects?
Project timelines for non-website projects vary. A estimated timeline will be discussed during the vision chat. Most non-website projects are completed within 2-4 weeks. *Quicker service plans available for rush projects.
